Terms of Use
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern use of Gallery Sweep. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the terms of the app store that supplied it. You must be legally able to form this agreement. The app is not designed for children.
Service
Gallery Sweep provides on-device tools that may identify duplicate files, high-confidence identical photos, visually similar photos, screenshots, large videos, and recent media. Results are recommendations, not guarantees. Similar photos are not necessarily duplicates, and no algorithm detects every item perfectly.
Your control and responsibility
Gallery Sweep does not remove media automatically. You are responsible for reviewing every selection, understanding the operating system’s media-recovery behavior, maintaining any desired backup, and approving or canceling system requests. Do not rely on the app as a backup service or as a guarantee of storage availability or device performance.
License and acceptable use
Orbitech LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful consumer purposes. You may not reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, interfere with store billing, bypass limits, misuse system permissions, or use the app to violate another person’s rights.
Subscriptions
Optional Pro plans are sold through your app store. The checkout screen displays the localized price and billing period supplied by the store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable store account before renewal. Billing and refund decisions are controlled by the store. Restoring purchases is available in Settings.
Availability and changes
Features may vary by device, operating-system permission, cloud state, store availability, and media format. Orbitech LLC may update or discontinue features subject to applicable law and store rules. The app may pause scanning in the background and may omit file size when the platform cannot provide it reliably.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect detection, storage recovery, or fitness for a particular purpose. Orbitech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. These Terms terminate if you materially breach them, subject to applicable consumer law. Store subscription cancellation is separate from uninstalling the app.
